titan is so different in the comics. not atlantean, just some guy (well guys, each one a different race) in a suit and the suit doesnt look like a sea monster. its like magenta and gold. they took a LOT of creative license with the character. “lets keep the name and the fact that he is secretly multiple people. lets change everything else” oh wb
it sounded NOTHING like sokka……………..i was so confused by that statement i was questioning my own sanity. like i know its not him, i’ve seen this episode at least 3 times and garth in other eps but when they say things so confidently i go “maybe IM wrong”. they could say “the sky is brown green and yellow” and id be like “could be true. let me look out my window” lol
In Young Justice, when Kaldur goes back to Atlantis and speaks to Garth, at the end of the episode, he says, “Do you ever wonder what might have happened if you had become Aqualad?” Which obviously references the comics as well as this. I just like that Khary Payton is basically saying, “Don’t I know you from somewhere?”
