1. Eh, I’d say most of the non-Sakura female characters are written decently, the main problem just being the general lack of focus on them.

1. No, the lack of focus on them is what prevents them from being like Sakura. Sakura’s character development is CONSTANTLY backtracked on because she has to be a big part of the story but instead of making new arcs for her Kishimoto just kept rehashing the same stuff over and over again.
