To be fair, Kalluto is referred to as a girl by almost everyone and the knowledge of there being only biological boys born to the zoldycks isn’t something that’s stated more than once and it’s done very subtly. There’s also the fact that, unlike Alluka, we never find out what Kaluto prefers to be referred as. So calling them a boy seems just as suspect as calling them a girl

3. I don’t think it is such a big deal if they don’t remember right now. Kalluto is barely in the story, so even if people told Blind Wave multiple times that he is a boy chances are they will forget because it is not something that comes up a lot in the series. Most people who get into it the first time only really learn about this because people tell them about it multiple times and eventually it sticks. The series itself subtlety mentions it maybe twice in the anime, but there is so much distance between those two incidents that many forget and assume Kalluto is a girl based on appearance.

3. The show said “pulsing anus” more than once… I actually applaud the guys calm. I expect worse when there are buttholes and naked folks.
