1. Actually it hasn’t been that long since you last saw The Smoke Monster. The last time you saw it was last Season, Episode 16, One Of Us. Coincidentally, 16 episodes ago.

1. Also people look WAY to deeply ad literally into the rules when the answer is so simple. Other’s aren’t allowed to kill others. That’s it. That’s the rules. Juliet broke/changed them too when she killed Danny. Since no more is ever mentioned about it, this is what we must assume they’re referring to.
